Beautiful original Art Nouveau ceramic tile by Utzschneider, produced in Sarreguemines. This elegant high-relief tile features a large stylized seashell in warm shades of soft pink, cream, and amber, framed by flowing green acanthus foliage against a vivid turquoise-blue background. The refined marine-inspired motif and organic decorative lines are characteristic of the Jugendstil movement and reflect the Art Nouveau fascination with nature and coastal themes. The tile remains in very good antique condition with a beautifully preserved glossy glaze and minor age-related wear consistent with authenticity.
